Hire Like HubSpot: A blog series for HubSpot customers & agency partners

Introducing the "Hire like HubSpot" blog series, brought to you by HubSearch. Our world revolves around helping companies in the HubSpot ecosystem hire and retain the best marketers and creators in the world.

HubSpot is an incredible company - not telling you anything you don't already know. One major reason they have been so successful is that they have built one of the most effective and productive hiring programs in the world. The "Hire Like HubSpot" blog series is written for HubSpot customers and agency partners. Each post will deep dive into a topic. An area that HubSpot has mastered and share tips and best practices.

Spoiler alert: there won't be any HubSpot secrets baked into these blogs (for obvious reasons). This series of blog articles will be a group of topic driven posts talking about how the sprocket took their recruiting strategy from good to world class, and what best practices you and your teams can put into practice in your own efforts to hire amazing people.

Some of these topics may seem like common sense but let me assure you - they are anything but common. Unfortunately we see our partners struggle with broken, slow, arbitrary, borderline illegal and counter productive hiring plans and team growth strategy. Our goal @ HubSearch is to help this ecosystem hire the best marketers and creators on the planet. This blog series will share some of that secret sauce and help you scale your teams.

A snippet about why I feel qualified to give these tips: I've been recruiting for 15 years and have been extremely lucky to be a part of some incredible organizations as we scaled. I helped HubSpot grow from 300 to over 2,000 and have consulted for companies like Google Ventures, Wayfair, & Klaviyo as they went through periods of hyper-growth. I don't claim to know it all, but I have seen some of the best programs in the world take shape and work at scale.
